Due to the custom nature of our products, all orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
Customers receive real image proofs prior to manufacturing. Approval confirms acceptance of design specifications.
If a manufacturing defect is found, customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order with photographic evidence.
If the issue is confirmed to be a production error, we will:
• Offer a replacement
or
• Provide an appropriate partial refund
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.
