At All Embroidered, every product is manufactured in-house at our Karachi production facility. By managing our own operations, we ensure consistent standards from initial design to final shipment.
Every embroidered project begins with manual digitizing. Our digitizing specialists convert artwork into stitch files tailored to fabric type, patch size, and detailing requirements.
For printed and woven patches, artwork is prepared according to production specifications to ensure accurate color and detail reproduction.
Depending on the product type, we prepare:
• Twill or specialty fabrics
• High-strength embroidery threads
• Woven base materials
• Printing substrates
• Backing options (iron-on, sew-on, Velcro, adhesive)
Material preparation is conducted in-house to maintain uniform standards.
All embroidery, printing, and weaving processes are performed at our facility using industrial-grade machinery operated by trained technicians.
Each product category follows a structured production flow:
• Embroidered patches – stitched, cut, bordered
• Printed patches – printed, heat-pressed, finished
• Woven patches – loom-woven, cut, sealed
• Combination patches – printed base with embroidery overlay
• Keychains – embroidered or printed, cut and assembled
Before packaging, every order undergoes inspection for:
• Stitch accuracy
• Color consistency
• Border alignment
• Backing attachment
• Overall finishing
Orders that do not meet our internal standards are reworked before dispatch.
After final approval and inspection, orders are packaged securely and prepared for international shipping directly from Pakistan.
Customers are provided tracking information once dispatched.
Standard production time: 10–12 business days (excluding transit time).
